clubs I can't join.

I try to keep my blog upbeat and cheerful, but every so often I fall off the wagon. Today I'm calmly ranting about clubs I can't join. As a kid, sometimes you don't get to go in someone's playhouse or aren't picked for the cheerleading team. It's always a let down and you wander back home to sulk. And this week, in a strange childhood flashback, there's a whole lot of clubs I won't be a part of...
  • I won't be among the first to fly on V Australia, because they have no planes. We've only been planning this California trip for ohhh... 6 months now!!
  • I won't be joining a great sewing society because membership is full until 2009. But that's my own fault for being late to the game.
  • and I won't be selling at the local market. Although I'm approved, there are no free tables.

So I was sitting at home sulking like a child until I realized I could could solve my problems. I did the only logical thing. I made my own club!

  3. Oh my gosh - your club is full of the cutest tiny ladies! If I wanted to join would I need blue rouge and headscarf? I am afraid I would not look nearly as cute in that get-up as they do! *ooo group halloween costume idea*

  4. Oh No! I'm busy making stuff for a market stall and I've not yet put in my application form! I did it last year and have just assumed that I'll make it this year. Now I am worried! Your little russian dolls are cute.

  5. Thanks for the support ladies. Any one's welcome to join my club. There's no memebrship fee, no rules and well no name. Although if you do have a little cape, it would certainly help!

And I'd love to hear about this halloween costume that Lulu is cooking up in her head!
