Fabric Spotlight - Aqua, Red, Brown and Sometimes Yellow

One thing I hear a lot at the market is that it's hard to find fabric for boys. Each time I hear this, I practically fall over. I'm not big into pink or flowers, so my entire stash seems to have a slightly boyish slant.

Today's picks: Aqua, red, brown and sometimes yellow for young boys or 35 year old women who don't care about gender lines in fabric.

Aquas and Blues

Reds

Browns

  • Rodeo Days, Alexander Henry
  • Espresso, Mingle, Monaluna for Robert Kaufman
  • Snip Snip in Chai, Wonderland, Momo for Moda
  • From the Garden, Susan Benarcik for Camelot Cottons

Yellows

  • Circles, Wee Play, American Jane for Moda
  • Rulers, Wee Play, American Jane for Moda
  • Flowers, Wee Play, American Jane for Moda

What fabrics would you add to this collection? And what do you want to see next week? Pairing is so much fun.

  1. Yay you listened to my aqua and red request!! Hey the MM Rocket Rascals is one of my all time faves, I have the retro transport from spotlight. But what I am impressed with is how you've paired them with prints I wouldn't have thought of. Impressive!
