It's different. But then, so am I. The hem of a new dress. I was going to make a military style shirt from this fabric, but a retro-styled dress won out. I'm attempting a tulle petticoat. If it works, it should make its big debut and a good friend's birthday. Otherwise, it will made its grand entry into the closet of unworn flops.

  7. i like it! i often finish skirts with bias tape...it is so easy and can add a fun element... :) i hope the tulle petticoat works, because i want to see this dress.
