Surprise yourself. Experiment with color.

For me, it's almost always about the palette and print. The project is secondary. That's why I often find myself with more starts than finishes.

We went away for the long weekend and I wanted a challenge. I dove out of my colour comfort zone; yet found myself at ease.

The man in the family requested I make this a 2m by 2m quilt. I couldn't help but laugh.
Edit: Fabrics are AMH Good Folks, Kumiko Fujita calendars, Liberty chairs, Liberty Grayson Perry Flo airplane house, Suzuko Koseki lime stripe, Yuwa vintage ladies, Yuwa macaroons, unknown circles

  1. This is awesome...I agree with hubby!;)

Is that chair fabric there on the left?

And what is that green fabric with the airplane?

And where did you get the calendar fabric?

    Did I ask enough questions?

  2. Fabulous! I have a question, too - what is the fabric with the little house? I LOVE it!
