Hop, Skip and a Jump

First, some general housekeeping. I hate to do this, but the online store will be closed from Saturday July 31st to Monday August 9th. I really don't want to have it down for so long, but the better half and silent partner has treated us to a brief snowboarding trip which is followed quite closely by Mathilda's Market on August 8th

I have a feeling quite a bit of last stock fabric will sell out at Mathilda's, so if you've been on the fence about a particular print you may want to get it before Saturday. I'm really sorry about that. I've been trying to find another way to manage it, but I don't think I can handle the weekly influx of orders with market prep at the same time. Particularly with a surprise romantic trip with hubby in the middle.

I'll balance the bad news of this post with eye candy. This is the Jump Rope Dress from Oliver+S. It comes in size 6m-3T and 4-8. This one is a 3T made in view B with gathered pockets and short sleeves. There is a group on flickr lobbying to get this to be the next sewalong. Time will tell on that decision.

It's made up in Flea Market Fancy Daisy Dots. I have them in the shop, but not for long. They've been going quickly as hard to find fabric often does.



Any of the dresses that don't sell at the market will be listed in my online shop after August 9th. I'll also start looking at custom orders at that time.
