Thinking that was my fabric bender for the week, I walked into work. I think Sevenberry may well be one of the most underrated fabric manufacturers in patchwork fabric. They are hard to find and work well with so many other ranges. You can see why I needed the mustard giraffe print. I bought a couple of meters and started on a Theresa dress. If this weekend goes according to plan, I should have it to blog by Monday, and just in time to greet a bus full of quilters at the shop on Tuesday afternoon.
The Sevenberry matches the new Moda Just Winging It prints perfectly. Darn you, Sarah Wheatley. Why must you fill the shop with so many wonderful choices?
When the dust settles from that bender, I'm looking forward to Cut Out and Keep. It's available online already at a few shops. I'm a bit store loyal, so I'm waiting for it to appear at one of my favourite shops soon.
Aside from the dress, I've been keeping myself busy getting ready for a new quilting bee I'm in. There's a tutorial coming shortly after I finish a couple of custom hippos.
Don't forget to send me those prints you are looking for
