I realized just after that last post (from less than a half hour ago) that after this morning Badskirt would be quite for about 10 days while I zoom off to Tokyo. I couldn't leave you without a little eye candy, hence the rapid succession of posts this morning.
Fourteen months. That's how long it took to pick background fabric for this star. Any guesses how long it will take to pick a backing fabric?

Tokyo is AMAZING and a half. I've been twice. But the reason I stopped by is to yap about how much I love these star patterns for quilts! I've been meaning to make one for so long. My ultimate favourite. Actually, I'm going to try to finish my current roster of unfinishes at Christmas, so I can enjoy the rush of maybe finally starting a star quilt for myself. xo
