For my month in the must.stash bee, I chose Rocky Mountain Puzzle blocks from the 163 Patchwork book. My month is wrapping up and I thought I should to make a start on my own blocks for the quilt. The girls in must.stash are so clever. I can't wait to see all of their blocks together.

Speaking of must.stashes, my main squeeze has decided that he'd like to do Movember this year. I'll be popping in periodically this month with photos of his progress, and I'm going to try my hand at a mustache project or two to keep in the spirits myself.

Movember is an international initiative to raise awareness of men's health issues including prostate cancer and depression. I'm a big fan of Movember, because it gives me a chance to have an open dialogue with the men in my life about things they normally shy away from talking about. That and I always get a giggle seeing my friends sporting their mos.
