Not long ago, Susie of Flower*Press approached me about about a blog series she hosts called Show&Tell featuring interviews with australian bloggers. Susie suggested I might have something interesting to contribute. I had a small chuckle because as a relatively new blogger myself, I was skeptical about what I could bring to the table. I'd read past monthly interviews including gems from Kirsty and Tania. I was nervous about the company that I'd be keeping.
With trepidation, I forged ahead. It was a chance to share life lessons and failures from an unexpected crafter. The girl from shop class can now work a sewing machine. Second careers do exist. Sometimes you will fail and that's ok too.
Curious? Pop over and have a read! Grab yourself a cup of tea. Once you start reading Flower*Press, you won't be able to stop.
Thank you, Susie, for including me in your series. Your questions were insightful and you've done such an amazing job putting the post together. Also thank you for bringing out the best in my photos. I can't wait to see who is on the books for next month!
Hey, that was fun. Great to get to know you a bit better. Question: how's a gal in Vancouver, Canada going to purchase one of your adorable crochet window boxes if she can't make it to a Sydney craft market? I would LOOOOOVE to purchase one if you are making them to sell Amy.

ReplyDeleteThat was awesome, Amy. You're so bloody articulate, in addition to your other creative brilliance, it really makes me ill! :)
