I changed up a few things in the recipe to work with the ingredients we had at home and to make them gluten-free for Craig. My version is based off Averie's but with the following changes:
- 1 cup Orgran all-purpose gluten free flour
- 1 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- 1 tbsp Nuttlex
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 cup rice milk

Yum. I've been making donuts too & have posted several recipes in the last few weeks....they are kind of addicting!
